Is there a minimum stay required?

Our condo is available for short term rentals (minimum stay we will consider is 3 nights) or even monthly rentals, and you can pick the arrival and departure days. We’ve had a hard time scheduling the traditional Saturday-to-Saturday stays for our own vacations and want to give flexibility to our guests. Our monthly and weekly rates reflect large discounts on our nightly rates. 

May I BRInG MY DOg?

Our pet policy is to allow quiet, well-behaved dogs, who are at least one year old. We have a pet fee of $25 per day (negotiable for longer stays). If you are interested in bringing along your pet, we will send you a short and simple pet application and agreement form, so we can learn about them. And we will share with you some of the rules and regulations around pets at the Beachdrifter community and on Jacksonville Beach.
