We had a great experience with everything from booking, check in, our stay in their lovely beachside condo and check out. Our son especially loved how quickly he could jump in the pool from the back door and then head to the beach. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Happy Pineapple. Max and Sarah really went above and beyond to make sure that we had the very best experience. From the comfy beds to the convenient beach gear/bikes, the Happy Pineapple seemed to have had everything we needed and much more. We will definitely be returning! One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in! Exceeded our expectations in every way! Sara was very attentive - even had a bottle of wine and note when we arrived. Great location, clean, every amenity you could ask for. The bonus to being right on the beach was that the king size bed in the master bedroom is just amazing! Nice linens, TVs, sound system,etc. Very convenient to restaurants and stores. Will definitely return!!!

Lovely little condo, with all that is needed for a great beach visit. Owners seemed very alert to any needs we might have had, even provided refreshments and wine upon our arrival! We enjoyed the ease of access on the main level and loved being able to walk out the back to the pool area. The Master bed was a bit tricky to get in and out of, but was fairly comfortable. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and our son and his fiancé loved the bikes and took rides every day. Great location, easy access to everything!

The happy pineapple is the place to stay if your heading to Florida. It’s quiet and relaxing. Right on the beach and has a pool. Minutes from so many good eats and entertainment. Safe night life. They have everything you need and then some in the condo. They accommodate beach and pool time. The beds were extremely comfy.... overall very please and will stay again in the future.

We just stayed at the Happy Pineapple. I have rented many properties through VRBO for many years and the hospitality and thoughtful amenities that Sara and Max have provided are absolutely the best I've ever experienced. They go beyond to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. From the bottle of wine, snacks and beverages, cute koozies, beach gear including beach towels, along with a super comfortable bed, Happy Pineapple is a perfect getaway. On top of all that, the location is ideal for walking to practically anything and everything you may need including easy access to the beach and a private pool. Oh - and I can't leave out that the bed is off the charts. comfortable and I love the modern decor. I could go on and on but I will close by saying - stay at the Happy Pineapple. You won't regret choosing this property. It is tops and the owners are the best!

The property is just steps away from the ocean. It was very clean, bright and Cherry. Having two Dedicated parking spots was extremely helpful. One parking spot was just outside the door.
I had to ask a couple questions upon arrival all inquiries were answered within a few minutes. I highly recommend this property.

We just spent three delightful months in this condo with the most amazing Best hosts ever, never hovering, but only an email or a text away for anything and everything we had questions about.
The condo is well-stocked with sets of dishes that actually match, a good set of silverware, glassware (and acrylic ware) for every kind of drink, a new set of cookware fit for any bride, plus kitchen appliances and bakeware. Typically, we find very little of any of the above in VRBO rentals. Their furniture is either new or in excellent condition, televisions and internet service are second to none with everything imaginable, and condo cleaning was provided once each month, on the day and time of our choice, complete with fresh bed linens and towels. In-between, we had a Roomba to keep our floors fresh. Refrigerator was stocked with beer, wine, sodas, water, energy drinks, and we even had a gift card to the Maple Street Biscuit Company with a lovely welcome note! Who does that???? We have stayed in MANY vacation rentals; no one begins to treat their guests the way Sara and Max treated us throughout our stay.
Maybe best of all was the incredible king-sized bed – "fit for a king." We loved it. The guest queen bed was fine, and the condo even has queen and twin blow-up beds for the fifth guest if they don’t want to use the sofa in the living room.
We had beyond an ample supply of lovely white towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, beach towels, and a washer and dryer that did a great job on everything.
Publix is a mile away, Trader Joe’s between 2-3 miles, and great restaurants everywhere! Our goal was to try them all but we ran out of time. Mellow Mushroom (pizza), Salt Life Seafood Shack, Maple Street Biscuit Company, Eleven South Bistro, Metro Diner, and North Beach Fish Camp were our favorites – so many choices, so little time!
The fenced-in yard outside the sliding doors is great for little ones; however, the pool is unattended, and it is not twenty steps from the condo. We loved sitting outside and listening to the ocean just over the dunes – total peace and quiet with no noisy neighbors anywhere the entire time. Car #1 parks right at the gate, ten steps from the door, and Car #2 has a marked space less than one hundred feet away in the parking lot. No keys – just number codes that change with each renter - beyond handy!
We would DEFINITELY recommend this to any single, small family, or couples visiting the JAX Beach area.

The unit was spacious, immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. It is located directly on the beach within walking distance to area restaurants and shopping. The pool is literally right outside the door. The owners generously provided snacks, a bottle of wine and all the cleaning supplies needed. They were fabulous to work with and had the unit decorated for Christmas! They provided treats and food/water dishes for my dog. We were able to check-in early and the keyless entry was very convenient. We plan on coming back to the Happy Pineapple!

We loved the Happy Pineapple and can not wait to get back. My first vacation in ten years. This trip made me realize the importance of a family vacation. The owners of this condo go well beyond what you would expect out of a vacation rental. All of your beach needs are already on site. Well stocked kitchen cabinets, coffee maker, microwave, full size fridge and stove, washer and dryer, bikes, beach towels and chairs you name it and it is probably there.
The condo is of course beach front and pool front. It is in walking distance to many restaurants, bars and the Pier. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms are very nice. The way the condo is set up there is great privacy for both bedrooms and bathrooms.
Our whole family loved everything about this condo. If you are needing a two bedroom and want to stay beach front look no further, the Happy Pineapple is the place.
WE LOVED THIS HOME. FANTASTIC VACATION.

We had a great time at the Happy Pineapple! Ground floor room with easy access to the pool and beach, all the comforts of home, and such thoughtful owners. Once we parked the car (quite literally right outside the door for easy unloading), we hardly used it the rest of the week - most all the shopping and eating out we did was in walking distance. Our kids loved the smart TVs in all the rooms and the furniture and beds were so comfy. We can’t wait to come back to the Happy Pineapple!

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo. We especially enjoyed how well it was stocked with the things you can't bring on a plane, such as beach chairs, toys,bikes,and extra large towels. We also appreciated the beverage's upon arrival and the thoughtful bottle of wine. We highly recommend the condo and we will be back in the future.

This beautiful home has absolutely EVERYTHING you will need!! From the moment you walk in, you will feel the stress melt away with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean only footsteps from your private patio. There is also a private pool between the unit and the ocean for your use . The location is SO convenient, with shopping, restaurants, and bars only a short walk away. The beds are SUPER comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and there were fresh, clean beach towels available for our use. The owners are VERY attentive and available if we needed them. This rental also comes with TWO beach cruiser bicycles for the use of their guests. My husband and I absolutely LOVED the opportunity to get a little exercise and site see without ever moving our car!! We cannot wait to return to The Happy Pineapple!!

I travel with my job and have the fortunate opportunity to stay in great hotels. Having the chance to stay at a "home away from home" made for the perfect vacation. Sara and Max are the owners, and they are very accommodating. Their hospitality, kindness and responsiveness made our stay so comfortable.
The condo itself is adorable and cheerful. Parking is a breeze, and the location is outstanding. Every morning, you wake up to gorgeous sunrises that you can see from the bedroom, living room and kitchen. Being on the ground floor is a plus -- it is like you have your own backyard with a pool! Everything was fresh -- towels and furniture (especially the bed -- more comfortable than the Ritz).
We had a chance to speak to others -- neighbors and vacationers, and the consensus is that the unassuming, 4 story building is a gem on the beach.
Our experience was fantastic and we look forward to a Happy Pineapple return.
