The condo was super clean and fully stocked with anything a renter would need or imagine they would need!! The owners thought of everything including a book of all the things to do in and around Jacksonville .... restaurants and bars are within walking distance so no need to drive!!

Having 2 designated parking spaces for the condo is HUGE!! Plenty of overflow parking on the side of the condo, too.

Wonderful “beachy” decor throughout and a fully equipped kitchen for the nights to stay in and cook family meals — grocery stores are a few blocks away!

A welcome note from the owners was a very nice touch!
